Ch. 204

(AS) Sandy Spring Slave Museum and African Art Gallery. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the

matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of Sandy
Spring Slave Museum and African Art Gallery, Inc. for the

construction and capital equipping of a building to house a
museum and art gallery, located in Sandy Spring.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may include funds expended prior to the

effective date of this Act (Montgomery County)...........................

(AT) Sojourner Truth Collection. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,

to the Board of Trustees of the Prince George's County
Memorial Library System for the renovation and reconstruction
of the portion of the Oxon Hill branch of the Prince George's
County Memorial Library System that houses and serves as

exhibition space for the Sojourner Truth Collection, located at
6200 Oxon Hill Road in Oxon Hill. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may

include real property, in kind contributions, or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (Prince George's County).

(AU) The Hearing and Speech Agency. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $350,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of The Hearing and Speech
Agency of Metropolitan Baltimore, Inc. for the acquisition,

planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new
building to be used to expand existing programs for children

and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing or who have speech
or language disabilities, located in Baltimore. Notwithstanding
the provisions of Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
include funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act

(Baltimore City)..............................................................................

(AV) The Odyssey School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of The Odyssey School, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a school
for dyslexic children, located in Lutherville (Baltimore County)
.

(AW) The League for People with Disabilities. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of The League for

People with Disabilities, Inc. for the repair, renovation
reconstruction, and capital equipping of The League for People

with Disabilities facility located on Cold Spring Lane in
Baltimore, in order to better serve the needs of its disabled
clients (Baltimore City) .................................................................

(AX) Thomas Stone High School Swimming Pool Complex. Provide a
