all emergency fire, rescue, and EMS personnel who have given
their lives in the line of duty, located in Annapolis (Anne

(AN) PAL Center at Sagner. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Frederick Police Activity League, Inc. for construction of a
Police Activity League (PAL) Center at Sagner to provide
community services for adults and after school programs for
low income, at risk youth, located in Frederick.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may include real property or in kind

(AO) Patuxent River Naval Air Museum and Visitors Center. Provide
a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $225,000 or (ii) the amount of
the matching fund provided, to the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Mary's County for the planning, design,

of the buildings and permanent exhibits of the Patuxent River
Naval Air Museum and Visitors Center, located in Lexington
Park, (St. Mary's County)..............................................................              225,000

(AP) Pocomoke River Discovery Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and City Council of Pocomokc City for
the repair and renovation of the Pocomokc River Discovery
Center, located on Main Street in Pocomoke City (Worcester
County)............................................................................................              150,000

(AQ) Salisbury City Park. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Mayor and City Council of Salisbury for the repair and
reconstruction of the historic bandstand pavilion, pedestrian
bridges, the Beaverdam Bridge, the Picnic Island Bridge, and
the Memorial Drive bridges located in the City Park in
Salisbury, subject to the requirement that the grantee grant
and convey an historic easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may include in kind contributions
