Commissioners of Calvert County to assist in the replacement of
the master control panel and security lighting at the Calvert
County Detention Center, subject to the requirement that the
grantee provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may include funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act....................................................................................................

(C)     Montgomery County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County to
assist in the renovation of the Montgomery County Detention
Center in Rockville, subject to the requirement that the grantee
provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may include funds expended prior to the effective date of this

(D)    Prince George's County Correctional Center. Provide a grant to
the County Executive and County Council of Prince George's
County to assist in the Phases I and II expansion and
renovation at the Prince George's County Correctional Center,
subject to the requirement that the grantee provide a matching
fund of $289,000 for this purpose. Notwithstanding Section 1(5)
of this Act, the matching fund may include funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act............................................

(E)     Prince George's County Detention Center. Provide a grant to
the County Executive and County Council of Prince George's
County to assist in the renovation of the Prince George's County
Detention Center, subject to the requirement that the grantee
provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose, provided
that no funds may be expended on this project until:

(1)    the Part I program plan has been approved by the
Department of Budget and Management; and

(2)    the budget committees have been notified in writing of the
approval of the program.

Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may include funds expended prior to the effective date of this

ZC01                           MARYLAND HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION

(A) Carroll County General Hospital. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $455,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Carroll County General
Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion,
repair, construction, and capital equipping of a new outpatient
services facility, located in Westminster. Notwithstanding
