Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Carroll County).
(B) Doctors Community Hospital. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $625,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Doctors Community
Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion,
repair, construction, and capital equipping of a Women's Health
Center and supporting operating room, to be located at 8118
Good Luck Road in Lanham. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of
this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds expended prior
to the effective date of this Act (Prince George's County)...........
(C) Good Samaritan Hospital. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $500,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of Good Samaritan Hospital of Maryland,
Inc. for the planning, design; renovation, expansion, repair,
construction, and capital equipping of the hospital's outpatient
rehabilitation services department, located in Baltimore.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Baltimore City)........................................................................
(D) Maryland General Hospital. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $385,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Directors of Maryland General Hospital, Inc. for
the planning, design, renovation, repair, construction, and
capital equipping of a radiation therapy suite and Cancer
Resource Center, located in Baltimore. Notwithstanding Section
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Baltimore City).
(E) Mercy Medical Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$700,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of Mercy Medical Center, Inc. for the
planning, design, renovation, repair, construction, and capital
equipping of Phase 2 of the hospital's emergency department,
located in Baltimore. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act,
the matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City)....................................
(F) Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. Provide a grant of $500,000
to the Board of Directors of Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital,
Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion, repair,
construction, and capital equipping of clinical space for the
Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Rehabilitation, located in
Baltimore. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Baltimore City)....................................
