Provided that $7,500,000 in prior year
appropriations supporting encumbrances
from fiscal 1995 and 1996 relating to a
contract for BearingPoint (formerly
KPMG) to modify the Financial
Management Information System shall be
transferred to the Major Information
Technology Project Development Fund.
