and Training
General Fund Appropriation.........................

Funds are appropriated in other agency
budgets and funds will be transferred
from the Employees' and Retirees' Health
Insurance Non-Budgeted Fund Accounts
to pay for administration services
provided by this program. Authorization
is hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in
this program.

and Classification

F10A02.08 Statewide Expenses

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
funds appropriated herein for statewide
partial cost of living pay adjustments,
performance pay awards, annual salary
review adjustments, employee tuition
reimbursement, and State law
enforcement officers death benefits may
be transferred to programs of other
financial agencies.

Further provided that funds appropriated
but not transferred for this purpose shall
revert to the general fund..........................
