of General Services cost estimate or 45
days have elapsed from the date the
report is received by the committees.
Further provided that $475,000 of this
appropriation, made for the purpose of
renovating Waters Dining Hall and
Somerset Hall on the University of
Maryland Eastern Shore campus, may not
be expended until;
(1) the Department of Budget and
Management has approved Parts I and
II of the program plan and the
Department of General Services has
prepared a cost-estimate analysis; and
(2) the budget committees have reviewed
and commented upon the program plan
and cost-estimate analysis or 45 days
have elapsed from the date the report is
received by the budget committees.
Further provided that $3,000,000 of this
appropriation, made for the purpose of
renovating Charles Hall and Charles Hall
Annex on the University of Baltimore
campus may not be expended until:
(1) the budget committees have received a
cost estimate analysis for the
renovation from the Department of
General Services; and
(2) the committees have reviewed and
commented upon the analysis or 45
days have elapsed from the date the
analysis is received by the committees.
Further provided that $1,215,000 of this
appropriation, made available for
planning costs for the Public Policy
Institute at the University of Maryland
Baltimore County, may not be expended
until the university submits an approved
program plan to the budget committees.
The committees shall have 45 days to
