and
(d) a revised "Impact of Project on
Space Inventory/Eligibility" table
which reflects the revised
enrollment projections discussed in
(a) and (b) above as well as the
space requirements dictated by the
National Science
Foundation/NASA grant received
by the university; and
(2) the committees have reviewed and
commented upon the report or 45 days
have elapsed from the date the report
is received by the committees.
Further provided that $7,000,000 of this
appropriation, made for the purpose of
constructing the Regional Sports
Complex/Minnegan Stadium at Towson
University, may not be expended until:
(1) the Department of Budget and
Management has approved Parts I and
II of the program plan and the Stadium
Authority has provided a cost estimate
analysis; and
(2) the budget committees have reviewed
and commented upon the cost estimate
analysis or 45 days have elapsed from
the date the report is received by the
budget committees.
Further provided that $3,030,000 in
planning funds for the fine arts building
at Towson University may not be
expended until:
(1) the Department of Budget and
Management has approved a Part II
program plan for the project and the
Department of General Services has
prepared a cost estimate worksheet for
the project; and
(2) the budget committees have reviewed
