15-314.
Subject to the hearing provisions of § 15-315 of this subtitle, the Board, on the
affirmative vote of a majority of its members then serving, may reprimand any
certificate holder or suspend or revoke a certificate if the certificate holder:
(4) Performs delegated medical acts beyond the scope of the certificate
not within a [job description] DELEGATION AGREEMENT approved by the Board;

(b) Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not perform,
attempt to perform, or offer to perform any delegated medical act beyond the scope of
the certificate and which is consistent with a [job description] DELEGATION
AGREEMENT approved by the Board.
