Ch. 61 2000 LAWS OF MARYLAND (1) Appeal that decision to the Board of Review; and (2) Then take any further appeal allowed under Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the
State Government Article. DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Obsolete terminology in § 15-313(a)(l) and (b) of the Health
Occupations Article. Occurred: As a result of Ch. 655, Acts of 1999. 15-314. Subject to the hearing provisions of § 15-315 of this subtitle, the Board, on the
affirmative vote of a majority of its members then serving, may reprimand any
certificate holder or suspend or revoke a certificate if the certificate holder: (4) Performs delegated medical acts beyond the scope of the certificate
not within a [job description] DELEGATION AGREEMENT approved by the Board; DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Obsolete terminology in § 15-314(4) of the Health Occupations
Article. Occurred: As a result of Ch. 655, Acts of 1999. 15-401. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person may not perform,
attempt to perform, or offer to perform any delegated medical act beyond the scope of
the certificate and which is consistent with a [job description] DELEGATION
AGREEMENT approved by the Board. DRAFTER'S NOTE: Error: Obsolete terminology in § 15-401(b) of the Health Occupations
Article. Occurred: As a result of Ch. 655, Acts of 1999. 17-202. (a) (2) Of the nine Board members: (i) Five shall be licensed as professional counselors under Subtitle
3A of this [section] TITLE, including: 1. One who is primarily engaged in professional counselor education; 2. One who is employed in the private sector; 3. One who is employed in the public sector; and
