15-302.2.
(a) A supervising physician may not delegate prescribing and administering of
controlled dangerous substances, prescription drugs, or medical devices unless the
supervising physician and physician assistant include in the delegation agreement:
(6) Evidence demonstrating:
(i) A bachelor's degree or its equivalent;
(ii) 2 years of work experience as a physician assistant; or
(iii) Prior approval by the Board of a [job description] DELEGATION
AGREEMENT, including approval for writing medication orders.

15-309.
(a) Each certificate holder shall produce a valid certificate and[ job

15-313.
(a) (1) Except as otherwise provided under § 10-226 of the State
Government Article, before the Board takes any action to deny a certificate or to
reject or modify a [job description] DELEGATION AGREEMENT, the Board shall give
the applicant or certificate holder the opportunity for a hearing before the Board.
(b) Any applicant aggrieved under this subtitle by a final decision of the Board
denying a certificate or denying or modifying a [job description] DELEGATION
AGREEMENT may:
