Lane as laid down on the plat hereinbefore mentioned; thence (2) running and
binding the Northward edge of said Linden Lane in a Westerly direction to lands
owned or reputedly owned by Sadonia Davis, et al, and which was conveyed by Fulton
S. Jolley and wife, et al, unto the said Sadonia Davis, et al, by deed dated January 8,
1954 and recorded among the Land Records of said Dorchester County, in Liber
R.S.M. No. 87, Folio 71, thence (3) running and binding lands owned or reputedly
owned by said Sadonia Davis, et al, in a Northward direction, and parallel with or
nearly so, the first course herein given a distance of 312 feet, more or less, to the State
Roads Commission Right of Way on the Southward side of Old Route 50, thence (4)
running and binding said State Road Commission Right of Way, as shown on State
Roads Commission Plat #5723 in an Eastward direction to the point or place of
beginning." The land above described is the same and identical land and property
which was conveyed unto Edward C. Conway and Mildred S. Conway, his wife, by
deed dated the 26th day of May 1967.
