Resolution Number: AN99-3
Charter Amendment Number: C99-3 RESOLUTION to the COMMISSIONERS OF THURMONT, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland,
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as
amended, entitled "Municipal Corporation'', to amend the Charter of Thurmont
effecting the approved revision of the corporate bounds. (49.3628 acres of land, more
or less) [Pursuant to Sections C-l and C-2 of the Charter of the Town of Thurmont,
Frederick County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement). Effective Date November 26, 1999]

Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement). Effective Date January 21, 2000]
VIENNA (Dorchester County)
Resolution 97-2 RESOLUTION for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of the Town of Vienna
by extending the corporate limits of the Town of Vienna as provided in Section 22-2,
entitled "Corporate Boundaries" of the Charter of the Town of Vienna; to provide for
the annexation of 1.200 acres of land, more or less, "generally beginning for the
outlines of the same at a point on the southward side of Old Route 50, said beginning
point being on the State Roads Commission Right of Way Line where said Right of
Way Line intersects the Westward edge of a 30 foot wide street, hereinafter identified,
and from thence (1) running with and binding the Westward edge of a right of way, or
30 foot wide street, which is shown on a plat entitled "Higgins Addition To Vienna",
and which is sometimes referred to as Dorchester Avenue, South 38 degrees 30
