Charter Amendment Number: C99-1 RESOLUTION to the COMMISSIONERS OF THURMONT, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland,
Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as
amended, entitled "Municipal Corporation", to amend the Charter of Thurmont
effecting the approved revision of the corporate bounds. (185.07 acres of land, more or
less) [Pursuant to Sections C-l and C-2 of the Charter of the Town of Thurmont,
Frederick County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement). Effective Date August 6, 1999]
