(2) ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSIST IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OR
OPERATION OF ANY PRIVATELY OWNED AIRPORT MADE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY THE
PUBLIC.
(B) WHEN AWARDING LOANS AND GRANTS UNDER THIS SECTION, THE
ADMINISTRATION SHALL GIVE PRIORITY TO PUBLICLY OWNED AIRPORTS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2000.

(Senate Bill 50)
AN ACT concerning
Discount Assistance Card Programs - Operation
FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that the Secretary of Aging operate a
"Golden Age Card" Program for individuals who are 65 years of age or older or
disabled; requiring the Office for Individuals with Disabilities to operate a
"Disability Access Card" Program for individuals who are disabled; prohibiting
the Director of the Office from charging a fee for a disability access card;
requiring the Director to adopt certain regulations; defining a certain term; and
generally relating to operating discount assistance card programs.
