AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

- making a technical correction to the parking requirements in the Town Sector
Zone

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-7 "Planned Unit Development Zones"

Section 59-C-7.28 "Procedures for application and approval"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

- clarifying the definitions of farm market and country market;

- establishing that the sale of produce from a farm where it is grown is a
permitted use in certain residential one family zones;

- clarifying the special exception standards for country markets; and

- establishing farm market special exception standards.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code;
