AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

- permitting any existing multiple-family building reclassified to the O-M zone
by the Takoma Park SMA to be used for multi-family dwelling purposes.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

DIVISION 59-C-4. "COMMERCIAL ZONES"

Section 59-C-4.2 "Land uses"

- permitting any hotel or motel reclassified to the C-2 zone by the Takoma Park
Sectional Map Amendment to continue as a conforming use.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

- requiring any central mixing plant for asphalt, concrete, or other paving
material classified in a commercial zone to cease operations after a 4-year
period.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
