MORE CLEARLY DEFINE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE

MARYLAND, TO AMEND SECTION 28 OF THE CITY CHARTER SO AS TO
INDICATE THAT ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ACTION OF THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF ELECTIONS MAY APPEAL TO THE CIRCUIT COURT
FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF GAITHERSBURG,
MARYLAND, TO AMEND SECTION 33 OF THE CITY CHARTER SO AS TO
CLARIFY THAT THE PROCESS BY WHICH ELECTION CANDIDATES ARE
DECLARED COUNCIL MEMBERS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 30 AND SECTION 31 OF THE CITY CHARTER
