(H) Silver Spring Redevelopment. Provide a grant to the County
Executive and County Council of Montgomery County to
acquire real property; to design, demolish, construct, restore,
renovate, and equip facilities; to relocate utilities; and to

Redevelopment project. These funds may also be used to secure
third party construction management services to design,
demolish, construct, restore, renovate, and equip facilities; to
relocate utilities; and to construct miscellaneous site
improvements for the Silver Spring Redevelopment project,
subject to the requirement that the grantee provide an equal
and matching fund for this purpose (Montgomery County) ........

Maryland Zoological Society to assist in the design and
construction of redevelopment projects at the Baltimore Zoo

(K) Glen Echo Park. Provide a grant to the County Executive and
County Council of Montgomery County to design and construct
miscellaneous improvements to Glen Echo Park, subject to the
requirement that the grantee provide an equal and matching
fund for this purpose. Further provided that this appropriation
is contingent on the federal government provided $2,000,000
for improvement at Glen Echo Park. Approval of capital funds
does not indicate that the General Assembly will support a
