(A) African American Museum. Provide funds to be administered by
the Department of Housing and Community Development for
additional design and the construction of an African American

(B) Baltimore Children's Museum. Provide a grant to the Baltimore
Children's Museum, Inc., for the acquisition of real property
and for the planning, design, construction, alteration,
renovation, and purchase of furnishings, fixtures, capital
equipment, and permanent exhibitry for the Baltimore
Children's Museum and an existing open-air plaza, including
expenses incurred by the grantee for the preparation of a
master plan for the area immediately surrounding and related
to the Museum, and for the securing of third party construction
development management services for the planning, design,
construction, alteration, renovation, and purchase of
furnishings, fixtures, capital equipment, and permanent
exhibitry for the Museum, subject to the requirement that the
grantee provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose.
