SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take Approved April 13, 1999. CHAPTER 107 AN ACT concerning Health Occupations - License to Practice Medicine - Exemption from License Fee FOR the purpose of establishing that a license to practice medicine that is issued free BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, (1994 Replacement Volume and 1998 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Health Occupations 14-315. (a) The Board shall issue a license free of charge to any physician who: (1) Provides medical services to patients for which the physician receives (2) Is not engaged in the private practice of medicine; and (3) Otherwise qualifies for a license under this title.
