intent that the Stadium Authority shall
contribute $24 million to the Public School
Construction Fund as provided in Chapter
327 of the Laws of 1996.

DA03.02 Maryland Stadium Facilities Fund

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that it
is the intent of the General Assembly that
the $1,000,000 Baltimore City grant be used
to pay debt service on Camden Yards-
Further provided that no funds in excess of
this appropriation may be credited to the
Maryland Stadium Facilities Fund except by
budget amendment.

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
the funds in this appropriation shall be used
only to pay debt service on Camden Yards
and to pay construction costs of the football
