Regulation amendments, Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:

-    modifying the permitted land uses in the CBD-1, 2 and 3 zones to permit
eating and drinking establishments, including drive-ins to be freestanding
so long as there are no drive-through lanes.

By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-6              "Central Business District Zones"

Section 59-C-6.22           "Land uses"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    defining "lawn maintenance service" and stipulating that the use may be
allowed under the provisions as a home occupation.

Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-A-2                "DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION"

Section 59-A-2.1               "Definitions"

Division 59-A-6              "USES PERMITTED IN MORE THAN ONE CLASS

OR ZONE"

Section 59-A-6.1           "Registered home occupation"
