Subdivision Regulations Amendment No. 96-1

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision Regulations for the
purpose of:

(1)     transferring certain responsibilities and duties to the Department of
Public Works and Transportation; and

(2)     making technical and stylistic changes.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations, Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-24              "Required Public Improvements"

Section 50-25              "Roads and Streets - Plat and Plan Requirements"

Section 50-26              "[[Same]] Roads and Streets—Design standards"
