AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)     change the effective date of the County tax credit supplement to the state
homeowners property tax credit program, applicable to County real property taxes;

and

(2)     generally amend County law providing for the creation and administration
of the County supplemental homeowners property tax credit program.

AN ACT to:

excavations]] repeal requirements for pond and excavation safety;

(2)     [[provide authority to implement the law through regulatory
standards; and]] require warning signs around publicly accessible ponds;

(3)     apply the warning-sign requirement to publicly accessible ponds on
land owned or controlled by any person, including the County, or any other
government to the extent allowed by law; and

(4)     generally amend the law governing safety requirements for ponds
and excavations.
