AN ACT in accordance with the Zoning Regulations, establishing procedures and
requirements for moderately priced dwelling moderate income housing units in
the MXD district; establishing development procedures; establishing sales and
rental rates; establishing eligibility requirements and procedures; defining
certain terms; and generally relating to the provision of moderately priced
dwelling moderate income housing units in the MXD district.

of the board; providing for the responsibilities and duties of the board;

board; providing for the termination of this act; and generally relating to the
establishment of a local children's board in Howard County.
