AN ACT amending the Howard County Electrical Regulations; altering the definition
of "Master Electrician-Restricted"; authorizing the Board of Electrical
Examiners to reinstate a license under certain circumstances; clarifying certain
provisions concerning license violations in other jurisdictions; altering the
provisions under which education may be substituted for practical experience;
adopting a certain Code as the electrical code for Howard County; and generally
relating to the Howard County Electrical Code and Electrical Regulations.

AN ACT requiring the Director of Public Works to determine, when the County enters
into an agreement with a developer of certain property for the construction of
water and/or sewer systems, that adequate paved roadways and drainage
systems are in place or will be provided.

AN ACT requiring a cable television franchisee, within a certain period of time, to
provide service to an unbuilt area of the franchisee's district if the Cable
Administrator finds that the area meets certain minimum density
requirements; and providing for notice of the requirements under this Act.
