AN ACT prohibiting the removal of recyclable materials under certain circumstances;
authorizing the Police Department or the Department of Public Works to enforce
the provisions of this Act through the issuance of civil citations; establishing
penalties for a violation of this Act; and generally relating to the prohibition
against the removal of recyclable materials.

money received; providing for the manner and purpose of appropriations from

certain information with the annual tax bill mailing; providing for the
termination of this act; and generally relating to the Voluntary Participation in
Education Costs Program.

AN ACT establishing a Public Water System Connection Cost Assistance Program to
assist owners of eligible property located in the Marriottsville Area in the
payment of certain costs associated with connection to the public water system.

AN ACT authorizing Howard County, under certain circumstances, to grant a refund
of property tax to a disabled veteran or surviving spouse who receives an
exemption under Section 7-208 of the Tax-Property Article, Annotated Code of
Maryland from the property tax; providing that a refund is available for a
certain number of years; and requiring a surviving spouse to apply for a refund
within a certain time.
