Commercial Recreational Facilities

FOR the purpose of amending the definition of commercial recreational facilities in
the Zoning Regulations and permitting these facilities to be located in certain
manufacturing zones of the County.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments

Section 101, the definition of Commercial Recreational Facilities, Section 241.1,
by adding a permitted use, alphabetically, and Sections 248.4.A and 253
253.2C. and D.

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Council to refund real property taxes to
eligible disabled veterans or blind individuals in accordance with State law and
clarifying the applicable refund period.

AN ACT concerning

Parades

FOR the purpose of requiring certain vendors to obtain permission from a parade
permit holder to sell any merchandise within 100 feet of a parade route;
authorizing the permit holder to charge a nominal fee to a vendor; and requiring
the permit holder to estimate in the permit application the number of vendors
anticipated to be in attendance along the parade route.
