Nuisance Alarms

FOR the purpose of defining public nuisance alarms; defining certain other terms;
making public nuisance alarms unlawful; giving the Chief of Police certain
authority to take certain actions to abate public nuisance alarms; allowing the
police to take certain actions; requiring the police to follow certain procedures;
making certain civil penalties applicable to certain persons; and generally
relating to audible alarms and public nuisance alarms.
