AN ACT concerning

Planning, Zoning and Subdivision Control

FOR the purpose of bringing the County's Chesapeake Bay Critical Area
requirements and development regulations into conformance with the State
Critical Area Law and Criteria; and streamlining the development review
process for Critical Area projects.
