AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County Zoning Regulations

FOR the purpose of bringing the County's Chesapeake Bay Critical Area zoning
requirements into compliance with the State Critical Area Law and Criteria;
streamlining the review of Critical Area zoning issues; and providing for an
intrafamily transfer process in R.C. 20 and R.C. 50 zones.

Environmental Protection and Resource Management

FOR the purpose of amending certain requirements pertaining to the protection of
natural resources in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area; providing requirements
for controlled excavations in the Critical Area; providing for civil and criminal
penalties relating to Critical Area protection; amending certain requirements
pertaining to forest management in the Critical Area, and providing for
consistency in definitions among regulations.
