Family Conveyance Subdivisions

FOR the purpose of providing that land not subdivided pursuant to an application
that was filed after a certain date may be subdivided in a family conveyance
subdivision; limiting the eligibility of individuals who may be parties to a
conveyance of lots in a family conveyance subdivision; requiring an eligible
grantee to enter into an agreement not to transfer the property conveyed for a
specific period of time except in certain circumstances; requiring the subdivider
in a family conveyance subdivision to convey the property within a certain
period of time; prohibiting a grantee in a family conveyance subdivision from
being a grantee in another family conveyance subdivision; providing for the
applicability of this Ordinance; and declaring the intent of the County Council.
