A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF POCOMOKE CITY,
PROPOSING THE ANNEXATION TO POCOMOKE CITY OF CERTAIN LAND
SITUATED CONTIGUOUS TO AND BINDING UPON THE EAST CORPORATE
LIMITS OF POCOMOKE CITY NORTH OR STATE ROUTE 756, EAST OF U.S.
ROUTE 13, AND CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED
CHANGES IN THE BOUNDARY OF POCOMOKE CITY.

RESOLUTION 95-1

RESOLUTION of the Council of Port Deposit, adopted pursuant to the
authority, of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Edition), 1987 Replacement Volume,
1989 Cumulative Supplement, Title "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter
of the Town of Port Deposit by as follows:

SECTION 1: BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Port Deposit that Section 601
of Article III of the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit entitled Voters is hereby
deleted and in place thereof the following is enacted:

[Section(s) 601, 602, and 611 of the Charter of the Town of Port Deposit, Cecil
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.
