SITUATED CONTIGUOUS TO AND BINDING UPON THE EAST CORPORATE
LIMITS OF POCOMOKE CITY EAST OF STATE ROUTE 756 AND
CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE
BOUNDARY OF POCOMOKE CITY. (30 acres of land, more or less)

RESOLUTION NO. 266

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND

COUNCIL TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL

CHARTER OF POCOMOKE CITY, MARYLAND

TO INCREASE THE NON-CONTRACTUAL

EXPENDITURE LIMIT

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF POCOMOKE
CITY, MARYLAND that Charter Section C-65 entitled "Purchasing and Contracts",
of the Code of Pocomoke City, Maryland (1968 Edition) as amended by Resolution 170,
enacted October 19, 1987, is hereby repealed in its entirety and reenacted with
amendments as follows:
