[406D.] 20-101.

[(a)](C) (1) In Cecil County, any person who operates a business establishment
for profit that is not licensed under [Article 2B of the Code] THIS ARTICLE may not
knowingly permit customers to bring alcoholic beverages for consumption into an
unlicensed building.

[(b)](2) A person who violates any provision of this [section] SUBSECTION is
guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
