Section 2, Acts of 1996, resulting in an incorrect percentage amount in §
10-204.3(g)(1)(iv)2 of the Tax - Property Article.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the subheading "Minors
- Selling Deadly or Dangerous Weapons to" following Section 405A of Article 27 -
Crimes and Punishments of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.
