(a) Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 445(c) of this subheading is
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $1,000 or
imprisoned for not more than 1 year or both.

(b) Any person who knowingly gives any false information or makes any material
misstatement in an application to purchase a regulated firearm or an application for a
regulated firearms [dealers] DEALER'S license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned for not more than 3 years,
or both.

(a) A person is guilty of a sexual offense in the fourth degree if the person

engages:

(2) Except as provided in § 464B(a)(4) of this subheading, in a sexual act
with another person who is 14 or 15 years of age and the person performing the sexual act
is four or more years older than the other person; or
