[(9)] (10) Mayhem AS PREVIOUSLY PROSCRIBED UNDER FORMER § 384
OF THIS ARTICLE;

[(10)] (11) Murder in the first or second degree;

[(11)] (12) Rape in the first or second degree;

[(12)] (13) Robbery;

[(13)] (14) Robbery with a dangerous or deadly weapon;

[(14)](15) Sexual offense in the first, second, or third degree;

[(15)](16) An attempt to commit any of the aforesaid offenses; or

[(16)](17) Assault with intent to commit any of the aforesaid offenses or any
offense punishable by imprisonment for more than 1 year.

(u) "Secondary sale" means any sale of a regulated firearm where neither party to
the transaction is engaged in the business as defined in this [subsection] SECTION.

(b) (1) Upon application for a multiple purchase to and approval by the
Secretary, purchases in excess of one regulated firearm in a 30-day period may be made
under the following circumstances:

(iii) The purchase of not more than two regulated firearms is a multiple
purchase for the purpose of taking advantage of a regulated firearms dealer's discounted
price available only for a multiple purchase, provided that the purchaser is prohibited
from purchasing a regulated firearm DURING the following 30-day period unless
approved for a multiple purchase under item (i) or (ii) of this paragraph; or

443.

(i) The Secretary shall revoke an issued regulated firearm dealer's license, by
written notification forwarded to the licensee, under any of the following circumstances:

(2) If the licensee:

(iv) Is convicted of any violation classified as a common law offense
where the licensee received a term of imprisonment of more [that] THAN 2 years;
