funding for the Real Estate Advisory Group
(REAG) may not exceed $474,100 $571,872
$474,100. Further provided that no appraisals
may be obtained unless the department has
received specific proposals on surplus property
or has plans to dispose of assets. The
Maryland Department of Transportation
shall provide a report to the budget
committees on the status of the activities of
the Real Estate Advisory Group, including
the number and type of disposed real estate
assets. For each parcel, an appraised value
