This conference should be integrated with the
department's other endeavors to initiate
telecommuting as part of its implementation
efforts as stipulated by Chapter 487 of the
Acts of 1995. Further provided that funding
for this conference should be provided
within the agency's existing resources, which
should be held at an existing MDOT facility.

JA01.01 Executive Direction

Special Fund Appropriation.............................

Funds are appropriated in the Department of
General Services budget to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

JA01.02 Operating Grants-In-Aid

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that no
more than $3,411,422 $3,436,422 of this
appropriation may be expended for
operating grants-in-aid, exclusive of:

(1)    Any additional special funds necessary to
match unanticipated federal fund
attainments; or

(2)    Any proposed increase to either provide
funds for a new grantee or to expand funds
for an existing grantee: and and

(3)    The department provides notification to
the budget committees to justify the need
for additional expenditures due to either
provision (1) or (2) above, and the
committees provide review and comment or
45 days elapse from the date such
