purchase price, in addition to listing the
purchaser of each parcel and, if known the
estimated economic impact associated with
each parcel's disposition. The report should
be submitted to the budget committees on
December 15, 1997.
Further provided that $1,500,000 of this
appropriation, made for the purpose of
funding transportation control measures
(TCMs) in the Washington metropolitan
region (TCMs) may not be expended until:
(1) The Maryland Department of
Transportation (MDOT) has modeled the
Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP)
for compliance with the State's air quality
implementation plan and determined the level
of emissions reductions necessary to be
achieved through implementation of TCMs;
(2) MDOT submits a list of the specific TCMs
proposed for funding by July 15, 1997; and
(3) The budget committees review and
comment upon the list of proposed TCMs or
45 days elapse from the date of receipt by the
committees......................................................
JA01.04 Washington Metropolitan Area Transit -
Operating
Special Fund Appropriation, provided that no
funds may be reallocated for the purpose of
increasing transit service beyond the level of
service planned for as part of the original
legislative appropriation, unless notification
of a proposed change in service is provided
to the budget committees for review and
comment, or the passage of 45 days from
the receipt of such notification.....................
