29.01.04.01 Debt Service Requirements

Special Fund Appropriation.............................

(A) Without regard to which fiscal year in
which the expenditures occur, no more than
$70.5 million in funds from, the
Transportation Trust Fund or any other
state source, may bo expended for the
construction of State or County roadways or
grants pertaining to the infrastructure
required as a result of the proposed
Redskins Stadium on the Wilson Farm
Property in Prince George's County. The
$70.5 million may be directly expended or
provided by the Secretary as a grant or
grants to (1) Prince George's County or (2) to
Jack Kent Cooke, Inc. (JKCI), Jack Kent
Cooke JKC Stadium, Inc. (JKCS), or (3)
JKCI's or JKCS's contractor contractors or
subcontractor subcontractors as approved by
the Maryland Department of

Transportation (MDOT), or to Prince
George's County. MDOT shall ensure that
all design standards, safety standards,
