MONTGOMERY COUNTY

(1)     provide that as an alternative to a licensed real estate broker, a licensed real
estate appraiser may estimate the fair market value of certain property needed
for County roads or streets;

(2)     make technical and stylistic changes; and

(3)     generally amend the law relating to the taking of property for streets and
roads.
