AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)     allow members of retirement Group G with a certain amount of actual service
to retire, regardless of age;

(2)     provide a certain minimum pension for certain members of the County
employees' retirement system upon non-service connected disability
retirement; and

(3)     generally amend the law governing the County employees' retirement system.

By amending

Sections 33-38 and 33-43A.

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-  setting standards and requirements which apply to a no-impact home occupation;

-  clarifying other requirements for a home occupation; and

-  correcting citation references to the home occupation sections.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-A-2.1 "DEFINITIONS"

Section 59-A-3.2         "Use and occupancy permit"

Section 59-A-3.4         "Registration of a home occupation or home

health practitioner's office"
Section 59-A-6.1         "Registered home occupation or home health

practitioner's office"
