belonging to Nancy and Steven Weber.

Bill No. 64-1995

An Act to ensure that the Howard County pension plans are operated in a manner
consistent with Internal Revenue Service qualification rules by amending Section 1.106
"Method of Selecting New Employees" of the Howard County Code to provide that
retirees from Howard County positions are not eligible for placement on an eligibility list
for at least 6 months following their retirement.
