An Act amending the risk management law to bring it in conformity with the County's
obligations under Maryland law; to clarify settlement provisions; to authorize payment of
judgments under certain circumstances; and otherwise to revise and clarify the risk
management law.

[Amending Sections 23.100 through 23.103, 23.200 through 23.202, 23.300 through 23.311,
23.400 through 23.410, and 23.500 through 23.509 of the Howard County Code.
