Bill No. 42-1995

An Act codifying the current requirement in the Design Manual that authorizes the
County to charge a fee in lieu of constructing storm water management facilities;
requiring the amount used to calculate the fee to be set by resolution of the County
Council; specifying how the fee can be used; and repealing transitional provisions which
are no longer applicable.

[Amending Section 18.902 of the Howard County Code.
