An Act amending Title 1 "Personnel Administration" of the Howard County Code in
order to keep the employee classification plan current by adding certain classes; by
modifying the minimum specifications for certain classes; and by modifying the titles and
pay grades of certain classified classes; and making the provisions of this Act effective at
the beginning of the first pay period after July 1, 1995.

and Section 1.304 "Classification and grades of state-authorized exempt positions" in
order to update information regarding the nature, titles and grades of executive exempt

beginning of the first pay period after July 1, 1995.

AN ACT amending Title 17 "Public Protection Services" to require buyers of new or
re-sale homes to receive notice of availability of plans for roadway improvements and
land use in Howard County and making the provisions of this Act effective on July 1,
1995.

Bill No. 36-1995

An Act amending the animal control law to reduce the holding time before animals are
declared abandoned; to clarify when animals held in the animal control facility may be
humanely destroyed; to authorize the immediate destruction of dangerous animals whose
owners are unknown.

[Amending Sections 17.301, 17.302, 17.306, and 17.307 of the Howard County Code.
