AN ACT to repeal Chapter 163, Livestock, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
repeal the law concerning compensation for owners of livestock that is attacked by
dogs; and to provide that livestock compensation claims filed before a certain date
shall be considered under the provisions of Chapter 163 as they existed on a certain
date.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection 267-41.1, Chesapeake Bay
Critical Overlay District, of Article VI, District Regulations, of Part 1, Standards, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to address the
State-mandated Comprehensive Review of the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area
Management Program; to comprehensively revise the Harford County Critical Area
Program; to provide for Civil Penalties for zoning violations; and generally relating
to the County's Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program.

AN ACT to repeal and to re-enact with amendments Subsection A-3, heading
Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program of Section 169-1, heading
Adoption; Legal Status, of Chapter 169, heading, Master Plan of the Harford
County Code, as amended, to provide for changes to the Land Use Management
Area maps, to the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program, and
changes to all other maps and appendices which are attached hereto, and to further
provide that the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Management Program along with
the amended Land Use Management Area Maps and all other maps and appendices
which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully stated herein,
remains in all other respects unchanged.

Bill No. 95-57

AN ACT to add new Subsection I to Section 123-42, Business Tax Credits, of Article II,
Real Property Tax Credits, of Chapter 123, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford
County Code, as amended; to provide for a credit of the County property taxes for
land and improvements utilized by McCormick & Co., Inc., located in the First
Election District of Harford County, as shown on the draft plat for Lot #39,
Riverside Business Park dated March 23, 1995, prepared by Morris & Ritchie
Associates, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and to further
provide for certain conditions relating to the tax credit.
