Community Benefit Program

FOR the purpose of establishing a community benefit program through which grants may
be awarded to community associations and other organizations in the Seventh
Councilmanic District of the County in order to ameliorate the impact of certain
sanitary landfills operating solely for the disposal of rubble.

Zoning - Bed and Breakfast Homes

FOR the purpose of permitting bed and breakfast homes as a conditional use in R1 and
R2 zoning districts under certain conditions.

BY adding:

Article 28, §§2-302(b)(l) and 2-402(b)(l)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

BY renumbering:

Article 28, §2-302(b)(l) through (9) to be 2-302(b)(2) through (10), respectively;

and §2-402(b)(l) through (7) to be 2-302(b)(2) through (8), respectively
